We here at Pussetoes have spent many years studying
nutrition and care, and have put together reading material
that is
supplied with every cat & kitten that leaves our home.
We feel that a good diet will help keep your pet in top
condition, avoiding early health issues, & giving you
and your
best friend years & years to enjoy each others company.
We use reverse osmosis drinking system here since our
water is very hard. We have fresh water available at all
times, along with high quality dry food.
We also recommend that you feed some canned food in order
to increase the amount of water your cat drinks.
Water is vital to a cats health, along with proper
nutrition.
Regular vet check ups, vaccinations, preventative health
care all leads
to many years of enjoyment. We feel that feeding is a very
important
part of our role in teaching you the best way to care for
your
newest family member.
All of our kittens are born in bedrooms, where they
stay until they are past 8 wk. At that time, they receive
their
first set of vaccines, and then are allowed out to run our
home.
meet everyone who comes to visit, and learn to interact
with our adult cats, and visitors to our home. They also
get used
to the dishwasher, TV, central vac, door bell, etc.
Our Birmans really are a large part of our family and our
life.
Each one is loved and each one is special.
We try to give each one of our Birman the best we know how
to give.
We are always available to help, answer questions, or just
to chat.
