Established in 1990 by, Wolfram Jung, HOME-FACTS Canada is an independant consulting firm providing a variety of inspection services to real estate purchasers. With twenty five years of on site construction experience as its foundatuon, we are suitably qualified to fulfill any of your property inspection needs. Each inspection is based on detailed company specified guidelines. Our systematic step by step approach assures continual quality of service and demands high work standards from any inspector or associate.
Mr. Jung, founder and president of HOME-FACTS Canada has been instrumental in establishing the educational program for home inspectors taught at Fanshaw College, and has served on the Board of Director and as the Chairman of the Standards & Ethics Committee of the Provincial Association of Certified Home Inspectors (PACHI) an all Canadian association created for the betterment of the Home Inspection industry in Canada. HOME-FACTS Canada is proud to be affiliated with PACHI who the Ontario Real Estate Assiciation (OREAŽ) recognizes as one of "the most reliable indications of a home inspectors qualifications".
